It&#8217;s important to introspect and check yourself before you wreck somebody else! #Freedom<\/p><p id=\"ember2119\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\"><strong>So Many Leaders, So Little Leadership_<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember2120\" class=\"ember-view reader-content-blocks__paragraph\">The title of <a id=\"ember2121\" class=\"ember-view\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/john-stanko-1600506\/\">John Stanko<\/a>&#8216;s book named above really hit home when I was starting out in my career. Fresh off the varsity boat, I was looking for guidance and support to help me navigate the choppy waters of corporate life. Won&#8217;t lie, I was disappointed often. I now know from experience that leadership is hard and it doesn&#8217;t come with a rule book. But when things are busy and chaotic (and when are they not in entrepreneurship?), it&#8217;s too easy to neglect this leadership fundamental. Don&#8217;t neglect this basic. Your team will feel a greater sense of belonging when you check in with them regularly.
