Say No to things you don’t want to do in order to respect yourself and your time.
Time and energy is finite.
When you have time, you can do more of what matters to you.
If you decrease the supply of you by saying No more often, then the demand or value of your time will go up.
Use three tactics when responding:
Delay – I don’t have a Yes or a No. I need time to think about this
3 times – No I need to think about this, think about what’s best for me, to learn a little bit more about it
Follow up – If I do this, what’s the benefit to me
