As the year draws to a close_

I don’t know about you, but I see the highest amount of burnout and personal crisis during year end. There are so many demands placed on us that can derail us from genuinely productive and important activities. If you find yourself in the same boat as me, here’s a reminder of what it is to be really productive:

Make time for what matters to you_

Taking charge of how you experience year end can help calm the chaotic energy, and ground you in what really matters. In her golden tips for a fabulous workday, Savina Harrilall suggests 5 intentional ways to do just that (link below). Which one jumps out the most?

I wrote this on purpose_

As I read through Savina’s tips, what jumps out is that feeling inspired and rewarded is tied to achieving goals, and the best goals are linked to our personal lives. In order to calm the stress and reduce year-end burnout, explore your goals and the reason behind them. Watch as Simon Sinek shares how he does this for his company. Enjoy!

Have a great week ahead,
